What is the MOQ for hss drill bits?
100–200 pcs per size for hss drill bits. You can mix sizes within one series and combine hss drill bits with other lines in the same shipment.
How are the carbide tips attached?
By automatic brazing at 1200 °C on German MAHLER lines followed by furnace heat treatment of the body. This is the main difference between a bit that keeps its tip for the life of the flute and a cheap hand-brazed bit.
Can I get hss drill bits with my own brand?
Yes. Laser marking on the shank, printed blister cards, plastic cases and retail boxes are all available. Private-label orders start at 100–200 pcs per size; artwork approval adds about one week to the 20–30 days lead time.
