Our Story
From a town workshop to a PGM-certified exporter
Dehui Tools began in 1985 as Yueqing Furong No.2 Tools Factory, in a town that would later be named China's national industrial base for construction drill bits. For the first two decades the factory supplied the domestic market, building the DEWEI and SHENGDI brands that Chinese contractors still buy today.
The turning point was 2009, when we applied to the German Prüfgemeinschaft Mauerbohrer e.V. — the testing association whose mark European anchor manufacturers and contractors rely on. Passing the PGM test meant proving hole tolerance, carbide tip symmetry and drilling life on independent rigs, and keeping that quality under continuous monitoring. We were among the first privately owned Chinese factories to do it on our own application.
To hold that standard at volume we replaced hand-torch brazing with German MAHLER automatic lines and a continuous heat-treatment furnace. Today the plant runs ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, makes 650+ catalogue sizes, and ships to distributors and private-label brands across Southeast Asia, the Gulf and Europe.

Yueqing Furong No.2 Tools Factory
Founded in Furong Town, Yueqing — later designated China's national production base for construction drill bits. Hammer drill bits from day one.
2000s
Zhejiang Dehui Tools Co., Ltd.
Incorporated as Dehui Tools; domestic brands DEWEI (得威) and SHENGDI (升地) launched for the China market.
2009
PGM membership
Joined the Prüfgemeinschaft Mauerbohrer e.V. (Germany) — SDS hammer drill bits and cylindrical-shank impact bits certified. One of the first privately owned Chinese factories to apply and pass on its own.
2010s
German MAHLER automatic brazing lines
Carbide tip brazing moved from hand torch to MAHLER automatic lines with 1200 °C furnace brazing and continuous heat treatment.

ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, export focus
650+ catalogue sizes across SDS Plus, SDS Max, hex, masonry, chisels and hole saws, supplied to distributors and private-label brands in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
A factory, not a trading company
You deal with the people who turn, grind, braze and pack the bits. Pricing is FOB from our own gate.
Specialists in one product family
We do not make power tools, saw blades or hand tools. Drill bits for masonry and concrete, their chisels and hole saws — that is the whole catalogue.
Private label as standard
Two domestic brands and dozens of export labels run on the same lines. Your brand on the shank is routine, not a special project.

FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, export cartons and pallets, documents for Singapore, Malaysia, GCC and EU customs.

Where the quality is actually made
Factory visits are welcome — Yueqing is 1.5 h from Wenzhou airport and 3 h by high-speed rail from Shanghai or Hangzhou.

Process
Eight stages, all in-house
Blank turning
Alloy structural steel bar stock is cut and turned to shank and body dimensions.
CNC flute grinding
Flutes are milled on CNC lines for consistent dust clearance and concentricity.
Automatic brazing at 1200 °C
Carbide tips are brazed on German MAHLER automatic lines — no hand torch, no missed joints.
Heat treatment
Continuous furnace hardening and tempering of the body for impact toughness.
Tip grinding
Carbide cutting edges are ground to the specified angles and checked for symmetry.
Sandblasting & marking
Sandblasted finish, laser or stamp marking with size and your brand if required.
Inspection
Diameter, tip symmetry and run-out checked against PGM tolerances before packing.
Packing
Bulk, blister, case or private-label retail box; export cartons and pallets.

PGM certification covers these series only: SDS Plus hammer drill bits (DH01); SDS Max hammer drill bits (DH02); Impact masonry drill bits, cylindrical shank (DH04). Other products share the same materials and processes but are outside the certificate scope, and we say so on each product page.
