Dehui already runs two domestic brands and a range of export labels on the same MAHLER brazing lines. Private label is the normal way we work — not a special project with a special price.

MOQ is per size, not per order. Most new customers start with a 20–40 size assortment in one container and add lines on the second order.

What you can specify
Six things we change for your brand
Carbide head
Any of 7 head types (flat, cross, Y, 3- and 4-cutter, solid carbide) per size.
Flute profile
Helical, square or four-flute; custom profiles on request.
Body finish
Sandblasted, black oxide, powder-coated or e-coated in your brand colour.
Marking
Laser or stamp: brand, size, "PGM" mark on certified series, country of origin.
Packaging
Blister, double blister, plastic case, kraft or printed box, counter display.
Assortment
Your own set contents — e.g. 5/6/8/10 × 160 + 14 × 250 chisel.
Packaging
Retail-ready or wholesale bulk
Tell us where the bit is sold — hardware counter, online marketplace, contractor supply — and we pack for that channel.
Bulk carton
Loose in poly bags, 100–500 pcs per inner carton. Lowest cost for wholesalers who repack.
Blister card
Single or multi-piece blister with your artwork, barcode and language.
Plastic case / set box
4–17 pc sets in moulded case or window box, printed to your brand.
Private-label marking
Laser or stamp marking of your brand and size on the shank.
Display & POS
Counter displays and hanging strips for hardware stores.
Mixed containers
Mix SDS Plus, SDS Max, chisels and hole saws in one 20 ft container.

Private label questions
What is the minimum order for private label drill bits?
200 pcs per size for blister-packed private label, 100–200 pcs per size for bulk cartons with laser-marked shanks, and 200 sets for boxed sets. A first container usually mixes 20–40 sizes across SDS Plus, SDS Max and chisels.
Can you mark "PGM" on our private-label bits?
Only on series within our PGM certificate scope (DH01 SDS Plus, DH02 SDS Max, DH04 impact), and in line with PGM marking rules. We will not put the PGM mark on products outside the scope — it protects you as much as us.
Do you supply other brands? Can you name them?
We run two domestic brands (DEWEI, SHENGDI) and supply export distributors under their labels. We do not disclose private-label customers, and we will treat your brand the same way.
What artwork files do you need?
Logo in vector (AI, PDF, SVG or EPS) and your packaging dieline if you have one; otherwise we provide our standard blister and box dielines for you to design on.
How long does a private-label order take?
Samples in 7–10 days, then 20–30 days production after deposit and artwork approval. Repeat orders with approved artwork ship in about 20 days.
Can you ship mixed containers?
Yes. SDS Plus and SDS Max bits, chisels, hole saws and sets can be combined in one 20 ft or 40 ft container, each line at its own MOQ.
